From October 22-24, 2025, ComNav Technology successfully concluded a series of dynamic technical seminars across Mexico, delivered with the firm support of our partner, SYSTOP SA. de CV. The seminars showcased the advanced capabilities of the LS600 Laser Scanner and Jupiter Laser RTK at Autonomous University of Querétaro, Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla and SYSTOP office, providing an ideal platform to foster industry-academia collaboration and demonstrate ComNav’s commitment to advancing precision mapping technologies in academic and professional fields.


At the beginning of the seminar, Beatriz Tang highlighted ComNavs growth since its founding in 2012. Over the years, ComNav Technology has become a global leader in GNSS technology, dedicated to delivering high-precision solutions across various industries. The seminars provided a comprehensive overview of ComNav’s innovative product ecosystem and advanced geospatial solutions. Felipe Ribeiro, ComNav’s technical expert from Brazil, guided attendees through the LS600 Laser Scanner’s high-speed scanning and real-time 3D mapping capabilities. This next-generation scanner integrates advanced SLAM technology and a built-in RTK module for centimeter-level accuracy, and dual wide-angle cameras for vibrant color point clouds. Designed for both indoor and outdoor environments, the LS600 allows surveyors to rapidly gather high-resolution data, making it the perfect tool for tackle complex surveying tasks with ease.

Equally impressive was the Jupiter Laser RTK, presented by Ricardo Rosas, Technical Director of SYSTOP. The Jupiter is a disruptive solution that integrates GNSS, laser, IMU, and dual-camera technologies, significantly enhancing measurement precision and operational efficiency. Ricardo demonstrated how Jupiter excels in challenging environments, using its precise green laser with a 50-meter daylight-visible range to access hard-to-reach or signal-blocked areas. Jupiter’s visualized stakeout capabilities and intuitive user interface make it an indispensable tool for surveyors, creating a seamless and immersive surveying experience.

In addition to informative Q&A sessions, the seminars featured interactive demonstrations, allowing attendees to experience the products’ capabilities in real time and making it clear how both the LS600 and Jupiter stand out from the competition in terms of accuracy, reliability, and ease of use.

At Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, ComNav Technology was presented with a certificate of appreciation by M.l. Angel Cecilio Guerrero Zamora, the Chair of the Engineering Department.
