Job Responsibilities
1. Through online and offine multiple ways to actively explore potential customer leads, and follow up on the leads.
2. The development and implementation of the responsible area of the channel development and market development strategy, build dealer network, to complete the company's required performance indicators.
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of dealers, take the initiative to understand customer needs, take the initiative to understand the market situation and competitor information, and respond quickly.
4. Analysing regional market trends and discovering new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Surveying and mapping or satelite navigation related enterprises work internship experience is preferred; more than 1 year of foreign trade, overseas market development, surveying and mapping equipment related work experience is preferred.
2. Good communication expression, have a certain sales concept, strong pressure resistance.
3. Good teamwork, communication skills and service consciousness.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, able to travel frequently.
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic/Spanish/Portuguese skills.
6. Willingness to travel within the sales target region.

Technical Support EngineerAfrica
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and on-site visits, addressing inquiries related to RTK receivers and high-precision GNSS solutions.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
3. Collaborate with the global technical support team to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
4. Assist customers in the setup, configuration, and operation of RTK receivers and associated equipment.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and offer technical solutions tailored to their requirements.
6. Contribute to the development of technical documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles to enhance customer self-service.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
2. 1+ years of relevant experience in geospatial, land surveying industry.
3. In-depth understanding of RTK technology, GNSS principles and surveying applications.
4. Familiarity with ComNav products and solutions is a plus.
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
7. Willingness to travel within the Africa or Middle East region for on-site support as needed.
