Business Development ManagerEurope
Responsibilities
1. Managing the European expansion of the distribution network for the complete Geospatial product portfolio and tracking GNSS-positioning. Precision Agriculture Business and OEM are not covered by ComNav Technology Europe Srl but leads collected will be transferred to ComNav Technology Shanghai Ltd.
2. Achieve European Geospatial sales targets, developing market share and preserving the margin by understanding that ComNav Technology Europe Srl will promote and sell ComNav Technology Shanghai Ltd by value.
3. Analyze European Geospatial market segments. Exploring/seeking out new market segments and initiates strategies to capture new opportunities in Europe.
4. Visit distributors and key customers and conduct workshops for introducing new products and solutions. Propose, organize, and participate in national events and promotional roadshows.
5. Complete the whole distribution network in European market. Developing new sales network, support, and coordinate with the actual sales network to achieve the sales target.
6. Negotiate new distribution contracts with the distributors and European sales price.
7. Effectively priced and invoiced to the distributors/direct customers using ODOO.
8. Support ComNav Technology Europe Srl in direct sales for countries having not yet distributors.
9. Report to the General Deputy Manager of ComNav Technology Europe Srl. and high skills for working in a team and facilitating team spirit.
Requirements & Experience
1. Min. 5 year’s working experience in Geospatial business including surveying and mapping.
2. Min. 5 years’ experience as entrepreneur, with proven track record business development.
3. Professional fluent English skills. French and another European language are preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal and customer relationship building skills, client facing experience, proven ability to listen, negotiate and relate to clients.
5. Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing, and collaborative environment.
6. Ability to collaborate both virtually and in person.
7. Previous experience with ComNav Technology Ltd products will be a plus.
Travel Requirements
Location: Belgium office and remote working
Frequent travel in Europe (approximately 30%) to visit business partners/clients, trade shows and strategic accounts.

Regional Manager-OEM ModulesEurope/South Asia/Latin America
Responsibilities
1. Managing the regional expansion of the distribution network for the complete product portfolio within Original GNSS OEM Modules and GNSS positioning solutions.
2. Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes and develop max. market share.
3. Analyze regional market. Exploring/seeking out new markets and initiates plans to capture new opportunities in the region.
4. Visit customers and conduct demonstrations. Propose, organize and participate in tradeshows, events and promotional roadshows.
Requirements & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Computer Science and Technology, or a related field.
2. Min. 3 years' work experience in geospatial industry, or electronics related industry with sales channels.
3. In-depth understanding of RTK technology, GNSS principles, and integration applications.
4. Familiarity with ComNav products and solutions is a plus.
5. Excellent communication skills in English. Other language is a plus
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
7. Willingness to travel within Europe and the United States for on-site support as needed.
Travel Requirements
Frequent travel in Europe and the US (approximately 50%) to visit business partners/clients, trade shows and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

4. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Beneficial would have Portuguese.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Technical Support EngineerLatin America
Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to customers in Latin America via email, phone, and on-site visits, addressing inquiries related to RTK receivers and high-precision GNSS solutions.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
3. Collaborate with the global technical support team to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
4. Assist customers in the setup, configuration, and operation of RTK receivers and associated equipment.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and offer technical solutions tailored to their requirements.
6. Contribute to the development of technical documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles to enhance customer self-service.
Requirements & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Min. 3 years' work experience in Geospatial, land survey industries.
3. In-depth understanding of RTK technology, GNSS principles and surveying applications.
